(here's a sampling of Téah's first year, (in order it goes 1 day old, 2 months old, 4 months old, 5 months old, 7 months old, 11 months old and 1 year)
Happy Birthday to Teah!!! Alyssa you are a great mom and you have a cute/fantastic/adorable/troublesome daughter who lights up the room (unless she's screaming). If baby-years are the same as marriage-years, then the first year is the hardest - right? We can pretend at least... :o)
What a great display o'pix--it's amazing how she's changed over the months. I think the Christmas card one (Téah praying) is my fave.
Yeah, um, I don't think that theory (first year is the hardest) will hold water, (as an oldest sibling in a family of three: we are 34, 24, and 23.) Nah. But it's a great THEORY.
I hope she had a great first birthday! She'll be getting one more present once we have a baby and someone is down here to bring it back up north to Pgh. (It just seems silly to mail something when it could be hand delivered....)
I am wife to John, mom to Téah Jane and Micah Alexander, singer/songwriter, part of a wonderful community called "the Open Door." I live in the East End of Pittsburgh. We live in a Farmhouse Victorian built in 1860 with our German Shepherd, Emma and our Great Dane, Tiny.
