Life on Rural Street

Here are some vacation pictures for the folks at home who are interested in that sort of thing. I don't feel like fighting with blogger right now, so they aren't going to be captioned. But you should know:

1. Téah was not a fan of swimming in the pool OR the ocean. Hence the playing with the hose.
2. Yes, she really did leave her sunglasses and hat on at the beach. But if you ask her, the sunglasses are called her "eyes."
3. We had lovely weather all week long. We were very fortunate.
4. Emma came with us. It wasn't the original plan, but she was a very good car-traveler. Téah, on the other hand, puked all over her carseat 10 minutes into the trip home. The smell of dog + puke in a closed car is not pleasant.
5. Emma really isn't as sad as she looks in that picture. I just thought it was a funny picture and probably captured her feelings on riding in the car next to Téah for 12 hours. (Téah would probably tell you the feeling was mutual)
